Millcreek is the one address in this county where somebody has already written the number down. The township's own published construction code answers set a roof snow load of 40 pounds per square foot and a design frost depth of 48 inches to the bottom of the footing, adopted because of the weather here rather than handed down from Harrisburg.

That matters more than it sounds.
